First:  Dream

The first part of the interior design process at Coast always starts with an idea, a DREAM, a concept. It is here that we create an agreed upon flow and vibe to your space


Second:  Design

After a concept is established, our team develops the scope of your space further by developing the DESIGN features and selecting material finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting, furniture and accessories.  All design elements and associated costs are presented to the client for approval.

Once the design has been sanctioned, we get to work ordering all materials and coordinating with subcontractors to insure all design elements are installed per plan, function correctly and look beautiful. We are available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for site visits and we work very closely with all of our vendors, trades and subcontractors during the project’s progress.


And Finally: DO!

THE BIG DAY!   Our team is challenged as there is much to do: we are carefully moving in every piece of furniture, installing the window treatments, hanging every piece of art or wall décor, shopping for the perfect accessories and wrapping up any other last minute items.   When we are satisfied, we then take professional photographs and ultimately turn the home over to the client.  It’s a thrilling experience!

Time to sell?  Most buyers cannot look past ugly, outdated homes.  Staging is a great tool to overcome these issues.   It’s a proven fact that staged homes sell faster and at a higher price. We are trained in specific techniques to create an environment in which buyers can make an emotional connection to the home/condo which often leads to multiple offers and bidding wars!

We help busy, frustrated home sellers who need to sell quickly and want top dollar for their home/condo.  With years of experience, we use our creative staging techniques and solutions to decrease a home’s time on the market and increase its value for the best return.

Put simply, we prepare homes for the listing photographs and for showings.  Staging can include having us come out and organize and move around the furniture and accessories a homeowner already owns so that the home shows to the best advantage.  But we don’t stop there.  We can add to what’s already there, or we will furnish and professionally decorate a room or all rooms in the home, even outside patios, etc.  We have an extensive inventory of Coastal Inspired Furniture and Accessories that we can either rent or sell to the homeowner.  We have a fantastic track record with homes  we have staged.  The right time to stage a home is either before its listed, or before making a listing price adjustment.
